Silverhawks Tumainia Ti Amo: Zwischenklasse V3

Tumainia Alizé: Gebrauchshundeklasse SG2

Illuma of Liberty: Veteranenklasse: V1  VBOB  3.VBIS

Trotz angeschlagener Gesundheit fuhren wir an die Veranstaltung des WRCT.

Am Samstagmorgen der erste Dämpfer, es Regnete was es konnte.

Auf dem Rennplatz in Inzing angekommen, besserte sich das Wetter zusehends. Bald blinzelte auch schon die Sonne durch die Wolken und es wurde wärmer.

Die Ausstellung begann und um ca 14.30Uhr wurde mit dem Richten der Whippets begonnen.

Der Richter Louis Dehaes/ B bevorzugt kleine, kompakte Whippets. Von daher verteilte er sehr viel SG. Bei den Irish Wolfhounds sogar ein G (Gut).

Die nervösität stieg, bis ich endlich in der Zwischenklasse stand und Silverhawks Tumainia Ti Amo Vorstellen durfte. Ti Amo durfte ein V3 von 4 in Empfang nehmen.

In der Gebrauchshundeklasse starteten auch 4 Hündinnen. Nach der Präsentation wurde ich auf Rang 2 gewinkt. Die Freude riesengross, die Erklärung warum die ganze Gebrauchshundeklasse ein SG erhielt ernüchternd: Die Whippethündinnen seien zu Gross!

Alizé hat gerade knappe 47cm Widerristhöhe. Tja, was will man machen, nichts; der Richter hat das letzte und entscheidende Wort.

Bald kam Illuma of Liberty in der Veteranenklasse an die Reihe. Ich rechnete mit allem. Den der einzige Veteranen Whippetrüde erhielt ein SG1 und war 2 Tage älter als Illuma.

Ich war doch positiv überrascht, dass Sie ein V1 erhielt und automatisch Veteranen Sieger wurde.

Im Ehrenring die Überraschung. Illuma als  mit Abstand ältester Teilnehmer im Ehrenring, wurde mit ihren 11 Jahren 3. Bester Veteranen der Show. Ganz böse Zungen behaupten, der Richter musste Illuma Belohnen, da Sie mit ihren 11 Jahren die bessere Kondition zeigte als die 7 und bis 9 Jahre alten Konkurrenten.

Alizé has just scarce 47cm withers. Well, what can you do nothing, the judge has the final and decisive word.
Soon Illuma of Liberty in the veteran class's turn. I figured with everything. The the only veterans received a Whippetrüde SG1 and was 2 days older than Illuma.
I was pleasantly surprised that you got a V1 and automatically veteran winner was.
In the main ring the surprise. Illuma as by far the oldest participant in the main ring, was third Best Veteran of the Show with her ​​11 years . Quite evil tongues say that the judge had Illuma rewarding, as you showed with its 11 years, the better condition than the 7 to 9 years old and competitors.

Nationales Coursing am Ostermontag / National Coursing at Eastermonday

Am Ostermontag fuhren wir ans Coursing nach Rifferswil.
Bei schönstem Wetter fand ein angenehmes Coursing statt.

Tumainia Alizé startete in der Senioren Klasse gemischt und Silverhawks Tumainia Ti Amo bei der Elite mit 21 Hündinnen.
Alizé wurde von 7 Senioren 3.
Ami wurde 18. Doch sie befand sich immer noch im Läufigkeitstief.
Wir sind froh, wieder gesund nach Hause gekommen zu sein.

On Easter Monday we drove to the coursing after Rifferswil.
In perfect weather, there was a pleasant coursing.Tumainia Alizé started mixing in the senior class and Silver Hawks Tumainia Ti Amo in the Elite with 21 females.
Alizé was 3rd of 7 seniors
Ami was 18, but she was still in rutting season.
We are happy to be healthy again come home.

Sonntagsspaziergang in Arbon

Bei schönstem Wetter aber etwas kühl trafen Susanne und ich uns spontan zum Spazieren.
Die Hunden wetzten so richtig über frisch gemähte Wiesen und liessen das Gras fliegen.

In perfect weather, but something cool and I met Susanne for a walk spontaneously.

Ausflug zur Hundwilerhöhe bei Urnäsch / Tripp to Hundwilerhöhe by Urnäsch (Säntis)

Zwei Hundekennels Unterwegs mit 10 Hunden. Sonniges Wetter, tolle Stimmung und viele Wanderer (Biker, Spaziergänger, Kinderwagen und ein Rollstuhlfahrer) die enzückt waren ab unseren tollen, freundlichen und gut Erzogenen (einige Meinungen von Wanderer) Windhunden.
Es war ein super, toller Nachmittag und die Fotos sprechen Bände.
Meine Whippets hatten ihre helle Freude ab den Smiling Rose Magyar Agars und Oma Flo übernahm sogleich wortlos das ganze Rudel. Schön zu sehen.
Einen herzlichen Dank an Desireé für den tollen Nachmittag; gerne wieder.

Two Dog Kennels Road with 10 dogs. Sunny weather, great atmosphere and many hikers (bikers, walkers, strollers and wheelchair users) were delightful from our great, friendly and well trained (some reviews from hikers) greyhounds. 
It was a great, great afternoon and the photos speak volumes. 
My Whippets had assumed for a treat from the Smiling Rose Magyar Agar and Grandma Flo immediately without a word the whole pack. Nice to see.

Nat. Opening Coursing in Lotzwil

Ein typischer Frühlingstag, bewölkt und auch sonnig.
Wir fuhren heute ans Coursing nach Lotzwil.
Ami hatte nach Ihrer Läufigkeit ihr tief und wurde von 18 Whippethündinnen 17.
Alizé lief das erste mal als Seniorin einen sehr starken 1. Lauf, doch verletzte sie sich etwas am rechten Aussenband und schloss das Coursing ohne weitere Verletzungen auf dem 4. Schlussrang von 5 Senioren Hündinnen.

Leider hat sich ein Whippetrüde einen schweren Vorderbeinbruch bei einem Sturz zugezogen.
Top Gun of Goldenblue hat seine OP gut überstanden. Es braucht jetzt halt Zeit und Geduld,
Tumainia Whippets wünschen dir weiterhin eine gute und schnelle Genesung lieber Gunny.

We went today to the coursing after Lotzwil. 
Ami had to heat your deep and was her 17th of 18 Whippetbitches.

Am 18.03. 2011 kamen 3 Whippetrüden (Schwarz mit weissen Abz.) und 4 Whippethündinnen (3 Schwaz mit weissen ABz. und 1 Rot/Braun) zur Welt.

Am 25.03.2011 feierten unsere A's ihren 6. Geburtstag.
Wie die Zeit doch vergeht.
Ab heute dürfen Alizé, Anubis, Akili, und Aydin bei Rennen und Coursings in der Senioren Klasse starten.
Ich wünsche euch vieren noch lange gesunde Jahre.

On 25/03/2011 celebrated our A's their sixth Birthday. 
How time flies. 
As of today may Alizé, Anubis, Akili, Aydin and start racing and coursing in the senior class. 
I wish you a long healthy four years.

14. und 15. Reisetag

Montag und Dienstag fuhren wir 1125 km nach Hause. Eine Übernachtung in Gent/ BEL, das Hotel war eine Zumutung.
Endlich wieder das eigene zu Hause geniessen.
Bis Sonntag noch die letzten Ferientage geniessen und aufräumen.
Die Vorbereitungszeit seit Mai 2010 sind im nachhinein schnell verflogen und die Ferien noch schneller.
Haben den Frühling im Gepäck und die Sonne im Herzen.

Monday and Tuesday we drove 1125 km back home. One night in Ghent / BEL, the hotel was a disaster. 
Once again enjoy their own home. 
Until Sunday, the last still enjoy holidays and clean up.

11./ 12. und 13. Reisetag

Diese drei Tage haben wir gemütlich verbracht. Einkaufen, Spazieren und mit der Familie die restliche Zeit verbringen.

10. Reisetag

Heute besuchten wir nochmals London.
Besuchten Chinatown und den Buckingham Palast. Im Buckinghampark leben viele Enten, Gaense und andere Wasservoegel und Eichhoernchen, die einem aus der Hand frassen.


Today we visited London again.
Visited China Town and Buckingham Palace. In many Buckinghampark live ducks, geese and other waterfowl and squirrels that ate one of the hand.

9. Reisetag

Mein Vater und Doris haben sich heute beide frei genommen, um zusammen eine Gedenkstaette aus dem 2. Weltkrieg und Schloss Windsor anzusehen.

Windsor ist riesengross und weitläufig, sehr interessant, was wir via Uebersetzungsgerät zu hören bekamen.


My father and Doris have both taken time off today to put together a memorial to the 2nd To see World War II and Windsor Castle.

Windsor is huge and airy, very interesting what we heard via translater.

8. Reisetag

In Brighton an der Suedkueste gab es nur einen Steinstrand, den vorallem Alize hasste. Sie mag es lieber weich und warm...
Wir besuchten das Sea Life Zentrum und machten einige Fotos.

7. Reisetag

An der Ostkueste entlang fuhren wir wieder nach Woodham zurueck.
In Cleethorpes besuchten wir nochmals einen Sandstrand, der in meinen Augen nicht so schoen war wie der in Scaraborough.

Along the east coast, we drove back to Woodham.
In Cleethorpes, we visited again a sandy beach, which was not in my eyes as beautiful as the one in Scaraborough.

6. Reisetag

Nach einem typischen english Breakfast fuhren wir nach York.
Im grossen Eisenbahnmuseum (Eintritt frei) bestaunten wir die vielen Lokomotiven in Original wie in Miniatur. Auch Harry Potters Hogwarts Express stand hier.
Das Dorf war huebsch und weitlaeufig. Die Church schoen und gross.
Nachdem wir uns von meinem Bruder und Family verabschiedet hatten, fuhren wir weiter Richtung Ostkueste ans Meer.
In Scaraborough fanden wir ein herziges Bed and Breakfast Hotel das Hundehalter akzeptierte.
Der Sandstrand war wunderbar, die Hunde hatten ihren Plausch am rennen.
Im Hafenrestaurant assen wir fuerstlich und fein, es hatte noch einiges Fleisch uebrig, dass spaeter die Hunde gefressen haben.

After a typical english breakfast we went to York.
In the large railway museum (free admission), we marveled at the many locomotives in original and in miniature. Even Harry Potter's Hogwarts Express stood here.
The village was beautiful and spacious. The Church beautiful and great.
After we said goodbye to my brother and family, we drove to east coast to the sea.
In Scaraborough we found a delightful bed and breakfast hotel accepted the dog owner.
The sandy beach was beautiful, the dogs had their fun at the race.
In the restaurant we ate princely port and fine, it still had some meat, the others that have eaten the dogs later.
