Basil hat am Samstag in Lotzwil die ZZP (Zuchtzulassungsprüfung) mit Bravour bestanden, obwohl er sich von hübschen Mädchen ab und zu ablenken liess.
Wir gratulieren Familie Susanne und Hans Pflug zu diesem grossartigen Resultat und freuen uns jetzt schon auf die vielen tollen Klein Basil's.

SM Coursing in Aarau/ CH

Gestern war auf der Pferderennbahn in Aarau die SM (Schweizer Meisterschaft) im Coursing.
Ami (Silverhawks Tumainia Ti Amo) startete in der grossen Hündinnenklasse von 23 Starterinnen.
Trotz Streifung eines Galgens, blieb sie ohne Verletzung.
Sie wurde 6. mit nur 3 Punkten weniger als die Siegerin.
Super Leistung! Bin stolz auf meine graue, kleine Maus.
Leider durfte Tumainia Alizé keinen 2. Lauf mehr bestreiten, sie verstauchte ihren linken Hinterfuss stark, so dass sie nun auf drei Beinen läuft. Arme Maus, jetzt hat Alizé eben jetzt schon Winterpause.

Ihre Nichte Silverhawks U and me gewann die grosse Hündinnenklasse und wurde Schweizer Meister. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!!!

Yesterday was on the racecourse in the SM Aarau (Swiss Cup) in coursing.
Ami (Silverhawks Tumainia Ti Amo) started in the big class of 23 bitches starter inside.

CACIL Coursing Galtür/ A

Bei winterlichen Temperaturen starteten wir heute am CACIL Coursing in Galtür/ A.
Samstag konnten wir noch im T-Shirt Abendessen und heute war beinahe der Skianzug angesagt.
Bei kühlen 2 Grad Celsius plus startete Alizé in einem Feld von 6 gemischten Whippets und Ami wegen Läufigkeit bei den Sololäufen (Schmugglerläufen) in einem gemischten Feld von 12 Hunden (Salukis, Galgos, Whippets und je einem Afghanen, Husky und einem Spitz ähnlichem Hund).

Alizé wurde 2. und erhielt ihr 2. CACIL und ist nun Internationaler Coursing Champion! Und dies mit 6 Jahren!!! Bravo!!

Ami lief trotz Läufigkeit 2 super starke Läufe und hatte die eigentliche Höchstpunktzahl des Tages.
Ist die beste Schmugglerin des Tages! Bravo!!!

Dank des super Teams, waren wir um 15 Uhr mit den Läufen fertig und hatten genug Zeit um einander auszutauschen.

In winter temperatures we started today on  CACIL Coursing in Galtür / A.

Solorennen in Rifferswil am 11. 09. 2011

Heute starteten zwei Tumainia's am Solorennen.
Gesundheitshalber durfte ich nicht teilnehmen, mit der Sonnenallergie ist nicht zu spassen.

Tumainia Benji und Brooklyn starteten mit einer Konkurenz von 7 Whippetrüden.
Wir sind stolz auf die beiden. Brooklyn 1. Platz und Benji 3. Platz.

Dieses Wochenende nahmen wir an der S&L Veranstaltung in Schaffhausen teil.

Die Italienische Richterin bewertete schnell und speditiv.

Illuma of Liberty erreichte in der Veteranenklasse V2 und Res. VCAC

Tumainia Alizé erreichte in der Gebrauchshundeklasse V4

Silverhawks Tumainia Ti Amo erreichte in der Offenenklasse ein V

Am Coursing hatten wir jede menge spass und Illuma of Liberty durfte auch ein Lauf als Begleitung mit rennen. Für ihre 11 Jahre hatte sie enormen Speed und konnte noch ihre Klasse beweisen.

Die Punkte lagen bei den Whippets wieder sehr nahe beisammen. Viele Hunde erreichten im 1. Durchgang eine Summe von 171 Punkten.

Ami konnte sich auf den 8. Schlussrang rennen und Alizé mit nur 2 Punkten weniger als Ami auf den 12. Schlussrang rennen. Bei 28 Hündinnen eine super Leistung.

Das wichtigste jedoch ist immer: Eine Gesunde Heimkehr!

This weekend we took part in the S & L event in Schaffhausen.

Sommerspaziergang / Summertrip

Am 07. Juli 2011 traf ich mich mit Pavla und Lisa zu einem Spaziergang.

Trafen uns um 11Uhr in Kesswil und waren gemütlich bis 16Uhr unterwegs.

Traumhaftes Sommerwetter bei heissen Temperaturen.

Gebadet wurde öffters.

Openair St. Gallen

Jetzt ist Openair St. Gallen angesagt, von Montag 27. 06. 2011 – Mittwoch 06. 07. 2011 bin ich am Openair St. Gallen am Helfen und Freunde treffen.

Meine Hunde sind mit von der Partie und alle Aufmerksamkeit ist dann bei Ihnen, was sie sichtlich geniessen. Und da wir vor dem Festivalgelände unsere Zentrale haben, gibt es auch kein Problem mit den Hunden.

Nat. Pfingstcoursing in Aarau 13. 06. 2011

Am Montag waren wir in Aarau am Pfingstcoursing.

Der Tag dominierte mit super Rennwetter. In der Nacht und am Morgen regnete es und schuf so optimale Bodenbeschaffenheit.

Es waren 17 Whippethündinnen und 6 Senioren gemischt am Start.

Alizé lief 2 gute Läufe und erreichte den 3. Schlussrang.

Silverhawks Tumainia Ti Amo startete in beiden Läufen mit derselben Läuferin und lief dieser im 2. Lauf um die Ohren und erreichte somit den 9. Schlussrang.

Bis Ende Juli haben wir jetzt Pause und geniessen ausgedehnte Spaziergänge mit Freunden.

On Monday we were on the Aarau Pfingstcoursing.

Heute Nacht erreichte mich ein Email einer Freundin, dass im Tierheim 5 Whippets aus einer Beschlagnamung zu Plazieren sind.
Die Whippets werden zu zweit abgegeben oder zu einem bereits Existierenden Whippet (Windhund/ Hund) plaziert.
Haben nichts gelernt und zum Teil sehr scheu.

Züri-Meisterschaft Nat. Racing in Rifferswil/ CH

Am heutigen sonnigen und schwülen Tag besuchte ich mit Tumainia Alizé und Silverhawks Tumainia Ti Amo das Nat. Rennen in Rifferswil.

Alizé startete in der Seniorenklasse. Sie erreichte den super 2. Platz. In Kombination mit der gestrigen Ausstellung wurde sie auch 2. in S&L.

Ami startete in der grossen Klasse von insgesamt 17 Whippethündinnen.

Die zwei Vorläufe fanden auf der Kurzdistanz statt. Der Final folgte über die lange Distanz.

Im C- Final (Plätze 13-18) kämpfte sie und gewann dieses Final.

Trotz diesem super Finalplatz reichte es ihr in der Kombination nur auf den letzten Platz: 7.

Trotzdem bin ich Mega Stolz. Sie hat ihr erstes offizielles Rennen super gemeistert und gute Zeiten erzielt.

Ein Erfolgreicher Auffahrtstag in Rifferswil/A Successful Ascension Day in Rifferswil

An der Clubausstellung mit Solorennen vom Morgen kommen wir mit super Resultaten nach Hause.

Flo wurde in der Veteranenklasse ausgestellt. Von den gemeldeten 7 Veteranen Hündinnen waren 5 anwesend im alter von 9 bis 13 Jahren.

Flo wurde bester Veteran der Whippets.

Alizé meldete ich nach langem zögern dann doch für die Kombinationswertung bei den Senioren und stellte sie in der OK aus. Beim Rennen war sie die einzige Seniorin und gewann mit einer Gesamtzeit von 52.700Sek.die Klasse somit souverän. In der stark besetzten OK von 20 Hündinnen erreichte Alizé ein unplaziertes V von 7 weiteren V’s, alle anderen Hündinnen erhielten ein SG. Somit gewann sie die Kombinations- Wertung der Senioren am WWCS Clubmatch.

Ami startete das erste Mal an einem Solorennen und ich war gespannt, was für Zeiten sie läuft. Die schnellste Gesamtzeit der Hündinnen war 46.890Sek. Amis Zeit war 49.040Sek. Die langsamste Zeit beträgt 54.990Sek. Es reichte Ami somit auf den 5. Schlussrang von 19 Whippethündinnen. WOW

In der OK wurde sie mit einem SG bewertet und konnte sich in der Kombination den 4. Schlussrang belegen. Ich bin mega Stolz auf meine Mädchen.

Nach einem endlos langen Tag, Regen, Kälte und tiefen Temperaturen die zwischen 5 und 12 Grad pendelten, traten wir um 19Uhr die Heimfahrt an. Direkt nach dem letzten Whippetlauf.

Wir hatten keine Ahnung wie Ti Amo und Alizé abgeschlossen haben.

Heute Montag erfuhr ich es und Freute mich Riesig.

Das wichtigste darf man jedoch nicht aus den Augen lassen: Wir sind Gesund zuhause angekommen!

Ich hätte es Alizé gegönnt, wenn sie mit Ihren 6 Jahren dass CACIL gewonnen hätte, dann wäre sie Internationaler Coursingchampion. Aber was nicht ist, kann noch werden.

Ti Amo wird bestimmt International laufen, aber nicht ums CACIL rennen; Ti Amo befindet sich nun in der Wartefrist von einem Jahr und einem Tag.

Ich bin Stolz auf meine Mädels!
